Scotland during the 15th, 16th and the 17th centuries. Ranging in length
from 50" to 72", they possessed handles that were 18" -
21" in length.
- Use: Simple
slashing weapon; the primary weapon used in the clan wars of Scotland.
It was typically worn over the shoulder.
